Time: 10:30am - 11:20am

Cost: 4 weeks €95


This 4-week course with Lisa is designed to increase mobility and strength in older participants. The course will focus on enhancing core strength, improving mobility in joints and increasing overall body strength.

The benefits of this course to participants will include

What should I wear/bring?

Comfortable clothing
