Two of Melbourne's most beloved cult dance parties, SLOW GRIND FEVER and JAZZ PARTY, come together for a woozy BYO bacchanal in Fitzroy's grand Russian House ballroom. Slip a bottle of wine or whisky into your coat pocket and enter a smoke filled netherworld of languid rhythms, indolent dancers and general wantonness.

The JAZZ PARTY band and their special guests will keep the pace swinging at a steady slow-burn, while the SLOW GRIND FEVER DJs dig into their stash of original mid-century 45s and 78s to select the slowest, sleaziest, sweetest, swingingest jazz, blues, soul and popcorn sounds, all night long.
