Slow Arts and Crafts Saturdays: Needle felting small creatures
Join the Living Museum of Logan and local artist Aldric Claven to learn the art of needle felting and create a small creature or beetle.
Interested in exploring needle felting? In this beginner friendly workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of needle felting to create a small creature or beetle of your choice to take home.
During the workshop, you will learn to create a simple core body shape and then layer coloured wool to add texture, pattern and personality! You will learn how to 'paint with wool' for fine details, and if you wish—bring your piece to life with embellishments such as beads.
No experience is required, and all materials provided, so bring your imagination and enjoy a cozy afternoon of crafting.
