Our Maternal and Child Health team offer FREE sleep and settling information sessions for children aged zero to three years.

This session looks at sleep and settling information for Infant sleep 0-6 months.

The session will cover:

sleep patterns and behaviours, sleep needs of infants and their communication cues
infant development and the importance of play
infant nutrition
self-care and support for parents.

This session is designed specifically for parents of infants 0-6 months and available to Moonee Valley residents.

Sessions are also available for older babies and toddlers 18 months - 3 years.
