Come along to our Sitting, Sleeping and Standing Workshop presented by Dr Derek de Silva (chiropractor).
This is a 30 minute hands on workshop focused on supporting your body with how you sit, sleep and stand, including time for Q&A or 1-on-1 chats at the end of the session.
We will help you optimise the 3 positions you spend most of the day in:

Need to find your footing (and what shoes work)? We are here.
Please bring your pillows, most frequently worn shoes and a picture of your chairs/workspace to the event.
All participants are also given the opportunity to book a complimentary spinal and posture screening at the practice.
