Our mixologist will introduce you to the art of mixology and you'll get to create and enjoy your first cocktail or mocktail.

At the event, you can anticipate:

  • A minimum of 20 singles.
  • Random mixology station assignments for unexpected encounters.
  • Men rotating halfway through the event.
  • The opportunity to create and enjoy two different cocktails or mocktails under the guidance of our mixologist.
  • Plenty of time after the mixology activity to mingle with other singles at the venue!

Frequently asked questions

Should I come by myself or with a friend?

While having the support of a friend is nice, mixology stations will be randomly assigned, and friends will be placed separately. We encourage you to mingle and meet new people. You're all in the same boat!

What if I fall outside of the age group?

It's acceptable if you are 1-2 years older or younger than the designated age group, but we discourage a larger age deviation. By keeping the age group restricted, we're increasing everyone's chances of meeting their kind of person!

Can I buy food and drinks?

Roxy's is a licensed venue, so drinks are available to purchase. However, we recommend arriving well-fed.

Is there parking?

After 6pm, free street parking close to the venue is relatively easy to find. However, this is a mixology event, so always use your best judgement for transport.

Can I suggest an event?

Yes! If you have a particular activity that you love doing, and you'd love to see it turned into a singles event, let us know. You can reach us at info@mingleitup.com.au.
