A practical, supportive community group for single mums raising teenagers. Real tools, real conversations, and a shared space.

Parenting teens is hard enough — and doing it on our own can be a lot!

This group is a warm, grounded space for single mums who would want to build clarity, support, and practical tools for navigating the teen years.

Each session explores real issues we're dealing with right now — communication, boundaries, school pressure, emotional ups and downs, independence, and the shifting dynamics of raising a teenager in 2026 and beyond. We’ll learn together and from each other in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We invite you to join us if you're a single mum living anywhere in Perth and would appreciate:
