There are approximately 80 members and we run a variety of workshops and exhibitions each year.Ticket Policy:Most classes require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. This depends on a number of factors and the minimum is stated on the individual workshop booking page. In the event of the workshop being cancelled, your booking will be refunded in full. In the case of you not being able to attend a workshop you will be refunded as follows:Cancellations less than 24 hours before and no-shows on the day will not be refunded and a credit or transfer will not be issued.Cancellations within 1 week will receive a 35% refund.Cancellations between 1 and 2 weeks of the workshop will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations more than two weeks before the workshop receive a full refund less any third party booking fee.If Newcastle Printmakers, or the student, has to cancel due to Covid lock downs enforced after booking, a refund will be issued. This may be for a whole course, if there is more than one class in the course, dependant upon whether the course has started. For example if we go into lock down part way through a 5 week workshop a pro rata refund will be issued.
