SIC Day in the Macleay 2024 is now open for industry and services to register their interest to participate in our 3rd SIC Day event connecting the schools within the Macleay to local industry and service providers. Let's showcase the many services, employment and career opportunities available to local youth!

This is your opportunity to showcase the opportunities your business/service presents to students looking for casual after school employment, school based traineeships and apprenticeships and school leavers, including apprenticeships and traineeships along with services that support young people within our region.

The day will include:

* A wide range of local industry that will be showcasing their career and job opportunities within the region where employers and students can talk directly about recruitment, job pathways and real job vacancies

* Local service providers and training organisations will also be in attendance to showcase the support services and training opportunities

* Students from the 5 local high schools will visit from Years 10 - 12 and will be given the opportunity to ask questions about the career pathways and job opportunities within your business and industry

* No cost for employers to participate and catering will be provided to stallholders

* It is envisaged the day will take place from 9am - 3pm with staggered school visits during the day.
