Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their children at all times during the event. Event organisers and volunteers will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or unforeseen incident involving children.

2️⃣ Personal Responsibility
All attendees participate at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their personal safety, belongings, and wellbeing during the event.

3️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
Sanatan Hindu Sanskriti (SHS), its organisers, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss, damage, theft, or medical emergency occurring during the event.

4️⃣ Health & Medical Emergencies
In case of illness, injury, or emergency, organisers may assist in contacting emergency services; however, medical and related expenses remain the responsibility of the attendee or guardian.

5️⃣ Fire (Agni) & Hawan Safety
This event includes a sacred Havan involving controlled ritual fire. Attendees must maintain a safe distance from the Havan Kund, follow all safety instructions, and avoid bringing flammable items near the fire area. Parents must ensure children remain supervised and away from the Agni zone. Organisers reserve the right to restrict access to the Havan area for safety. SHS shall not be liable for incidents arising from failure to follow safety instructions.

6️⃣ Event Changes
SHS reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule , cancelling registered ticekts, seating arrangements, or event format due to safety, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances.

7️⃣ Photography & Media Consent
Photos and videos will be captured during the event for community records, promotional purposes, and documentation. Such media will be shared on SHS social media platforms, websites, and with authorised media capturing agencies. By attending, participants consent to the use of such media including Adults and Kids.

8️⃣ Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behaviour and uphold the sanctity of the event. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or request departure in case of inappropriate conduct.
