Do you experience stiff neck, pain in your upper back or limited movement in your shoulders?
Creating strong and stable neck and shoulders during movement and under load is vital for both performance and to avoid injuries.
In this third and final workshop we learn how the shoulder and neck should to move, where your individual limitations are and how to optimise your performance in the gym by identifying and implementing strategies to support shoulder and neck health for the long term
