Is experience in yoga or meditation necessary?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Participation is non compulsory. If you do choose to participate, you will be presented with plenty of beginners options, and are welcome to rest or stop at any time. You will be guided through different types of meditation, leave it to us!  You will learn techniques to adopt into life.

Can I have my own room? Is there additional cost involved?

You sure can:) As long as you book your spot early enough, we can organise a single room for you at no extra cost.

Question 3

Do you cater for food allergies and intolerances?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! All our food is vegan (dairy free, egg free, meat free) and wheat free. Any intolerances outside of these parameters we do cater for. Just shoot us through an email and we will make sure you and your tastebuds are looked after!
