If you are new and curious about Shibari rope, and not sure where to start our Shibari classes are tailored for you to slowly grow with your rope journey.

Our Beginners lesson;

For people that are new and looking to start their rope journey.

This will be a beginners lesson to Shibari rope, talking through and showing you the basics, which are the fundamental building blocks or should we say knots to start your rope journey.

We will show you some simple knots and some structural ties which you can expand on later in the lesson into a 2 rope Takate Kote "TK".

We will also be covering safety, language and consent, risk profiles and much more.

Understanding that not everyone has rope when they first start out, we can provide some Jute rope that you can use for the class.

There will be elements of this lesson that you can do by yourself but it’s always better and more fun to bring a rope friend, so we encouage you bring your own rope friend as we don't pair people up for our classes, lessons or events.

Tickets will be sold as both tying pairs and single tickets.

The door will open at 9:30am for check-in and paper work. (And a change to grab a coffee.)

The lesson will start at 10:00am sharp, and will go for approximately 2 hours, finishing up around midday. After the lesson finishes we roll into the Sunday rope jam, which you're welcome to attend for free, this then allows you to practise further what you have just learnt and mingle with some other Shibari enthusists.

The Sunday lessons are a great alternitive if you can't make it to the Tuesday nights.

Please note we do not accept walk-ins for our lessons, each attendee will need a ticket.

The cost for the class is $25pp, which includes free entry to the rope jam after,

Dress code - just neat casual, gym wear is fine for doing rope in.

There is parking in the car park and plenty of room on the street side.

As the Sunday sessions are around lunch time, you're welcome to bring food or there are plenty of food places around the area you can order from, plus we have a little kitchen you can warm things up in.

Our full T&C's are on our website which is located in the bottom footer.

There will be a little bit of paper work to start with once filled in its valid for the year. ID will be required for this.
