🌙 She’s Creating Space for Soulful Self Connection
Circle Theme: Relationship with Self
✨ A women’s circle to slow down, realign your energy, and put yourself first.
💫 You’re Invited
I warmly invite you into a gentle, heart-led circle where we will explore this month’s theme, Relationship with Self - the most enduring and impactful relationship we will have.
So often we think that deep connection with self is something we do alone — that we must retreat, withdraw, or figure it out privately. And while solitude has its place, there is something quietly profound that happens when women gather with the shared intention of turning inward.
In this circle, we create space not just for self-love, but for relationship with self — the kind that includes listening, truth, respect, trust, and presence. As each woman tends to her own inner world, something collective unfolds: being witnessed in our self-connection gently strengthens our own. Ironically, and beautifully, connecting with ourselves alongside other women often allows us to deepen that connection far more than doing it alone.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and notice what your relationship with yourself is asking for right now — without fixing, forcing, or performing.
🌿 What to Expect
You don’t need to identify with any belief system and no prior experience is required — just come as you are. In a world where some spaces can feel like too much (too out there, or too clinical), this circle offers a gentle middle ground: a warm, balanced space where you can simply be yourself.
You are welcome exactly as you are, and there is no pressure to speak or perform. You’ll be invited to listen, reflect, and share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
This circle is a gentle, heart-led journey designed to help you feel the freedom to priortise yourself, in the moment and moving forward. The circle will include:
- An opening ritual to cleanse your energy and invite your intuitive guidance
- A grounding practice to help you settle into presence
- Gentle guided reflection on yourself as priority
- A mid-circle break to enjoy a snack and a cuppa together
- Exploring the felt sense of embodying yourself as priority
- Soulful sharing in a safe, held space
- A closing ritual to integrate and carry forward what you’ve received
Everything is an invitation — you are welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you.
The circle is intimate, with spaces for a maximum of 8 women, creating space for connection and ease. Seating will be available on supportive, comfortable chairs and lounges, but there is also space to sit on the floor if you prefer.
