The Pearl Package caters for two people and includes cabana hire for the full day with access to Sheraton’s expansive lagoon pools, a bottle of G.H.Mumm champagne, and selection of Chef’s favourites served from 5pm including paella, tapas, Spanish ham, Yarra Valley caviar, freshly shucked oysters, croquettas, patatas bravas, olives and anchovies.
