Shedding the Skin, Igniting the Fire is a deeply restorative and activating ceremony designed to support the transition from the reflective, shedding energy of the Snake into the forward-moving, heart-led power of the Fire Horse year.

This is a space to:

* Release old patterns, emotional residue, and energetic weight

* Regulate your nervous system and return to your body

* Reconnect with your inner fire, clarity, and courage

* Create space for momentum, purpose, and aligned action

Through gentle movement, Nervous System Reset breathwork, immersive sound, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be gently supported to let go of what no longer serves and awaken the part of you that’s ready to move forward with intention.

This is not about pushing or fixing.
It’s about listening, integrating, and allowing your next chapter to emerge naturally.

Comfortable clothing, water bottle, journal, pen, and an open heart.
