A gentle closing ritual before the Year of the Horse
As we move out of one cycle and into the next, many of us are still carrying more than we realise, in our bodies, our nervous systems, and our hearts.
This intimate, 3-hour collaborative workshop offers a gentle space to pause, soften, and shed what no longer needs to be carried, before the energy of the Year of the Horse begins.
Through cacoa ceremony, yoga, reflective journalling, and somatic breathwork, you’ll be supported to slow down, reconnect with your body, let go of whats ready to come up and create space, without pushing, forcing, or needing to explain your story.
What to expect
- A grounding opening to help you arrive
- Slow, nourishing yoga to gently open the body
- Guided journalling to reflect and release
- A somatic breathwork journey focused on deep healing
- A calm, supportive, and trauma-informed space
- A small closing ritual and offering at the end
- Time to integrate and settle before returning to your day
No prior experience with yoga or breathwork is needed, just a willingness to arrive as you are.
