A HUGE welcome to She SUPs - a female-focused stand-up paddleboarding community focused on empowering women and girls through SUP adventures!

She SUPs was founded by Vikki Weston in August 2019 with the aim of creating a safe environment for women to try something new, learn, grow, connect with others and the planet and ultimately feel empowered through adventure. We are based in Sydney, Australia but host She SUPs Socials and SUP experiences across Australia, and host a global community online!

Our supportive female-only community is growing every day, and we’d love you to join us! We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to experienced SUP athletes.

As well as being a thriving community, She SUPs is also an ASI Accredited SUP School and SUP Experience Host. Whether you’re seeking a SUP Confidence Lesson, a Sunrise SUP session or perhaps even a Paddleboard Picnic (yes… we do those!) we will have something for you!
