Shattering stereotypes - Free workshop to build respectful relationships
A workshop facilitated by Women's Health In the South East (WHISE) exploring the impacts of gender stereotypes.
How have messages about gender shaped your attitudes, beliefs and behaviours?
Join a dynamic, conversation-driven session, led by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE), where you’ll:
- unpack society’s ideas about gender
- explore how stereotypes take hold
- reflect on the impact they have on everyday life.
You’ll leave more confident in challenging gender stereotypes during conversations, and with a deeper understanding of why rigid gender roles limit everyone.
Tea, coffee and lunch provided.
When and where is the session?
The workshop will be held at the Harold Holt Centre Group Fitness Room on Thursday 12 March from 11:30am-1:00pm.
