Shared Value 101 Workshop : Applying Shared Value in Your Organisation

The Shared Value Project is a regional community of practice committed to driving adoption and implementation of shared value strategies among leaders and companies, civil society, and government organisations in Australasia.

Shared Value Project

Competition, consolidation and uncertainty are impacting all industries and sectors like never before and executives are grappling with shared value - a powerful way of creating competitive advantage whilst addressing societal needs. It redefines the potential of business-community relationships and opens up a myriad of commercial opportunities.
This workshop, with facilitators Helen Steel and Phil Preston, will provide clear direction on how shared value works in practice to counter industry challenges and create new opportunities, drawing on international case studies and local experiences.
Whether you are working in the corporate, government, or not-for-profit sector, this workshop will help you fully understand the concept of shared value as a framework to solve society’s problems in a profitable, sustainable, and scalable way. Plus, you'll be well equipped to inform and lead discussions with your peers and apply the concepts to your own strategic agenda.
