Share your Story – A Memory Station Experience

Location: Local Studies, Level 2, Harry Bailey Memorial Library

Fee: Free, Bookings required, limited spots.

Do you have a special memory you’d like to capture for your family and friends? Bring in a photo, digitise it, and share your story! In this interactive session, you’ll get hands-on experience with the library’s Memory Station! Learn how to digitalise your photos, see how oral histories are captured, and discover how simple questions can spark powerful stories.

You’ll also have the option to record a short, two-minute story on film or audio. Whether you’re interested in preserving history or just want to try something new, this is a great opportunity to learn, share, and connect.

You’ll receive an official induction to the Memory Station, opening the door to more storytelling opportunities.
