Join BMRG’s first session of a 3-part training series on Natural Capital and emerging markets

Designed for primary producers, this session will help you understand how to baseline greenhouse gas emissions on farm and why it is of benefit. A baseline emissions score will help position your business with emerging industry standards, and provide the link to natural capital markets.

Participants will receive introductory training on the Ruminati tool and will walk away with a clear understanding of the emerging policy in Australia, and a starting position for their business to meet future supply chain and market requirements.

Delivered in partnership with industry leaders and grounded in measurable outcomes, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to take the next step toward a more resilient, climate-smart enterprise.

Will Onus, COO and co-founder of Ruminati, will share practical guidance on measuring and managing on-farm emissions using accessible, producer-focused tools.

Nakita Thackwray, Founder and Director of Carbon Stock, will provide expert insight into carbon, biodiversity and emerging natural capital opportunities for landholders.

Together, they bring real-world experience and actionable knowledge to help you confidently navigate the evolving climate and market landscape.

The Climate Smart Catchments Natural Capital Training series is supported by the Australian Government through funding from the Natural Heritage Trust under the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program.
