Service NSW Digital Workshop for Seniors

Join us at the Charlestown Library for an exciting in-person event designed just for seniors! At this workshop, you'll learn all about navigating the digital world with confidence and ease. Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your existing skills, our knowledgeable instructors will guide you every step of the way.

The session will provide an introduction into

  • Service NSW website and online transactions
  • Creating and using a “MyService NSW” account
  • The Service NSW “App”
  • ID Support NSW and Cyber Security

To get the most out of this workshop, we encourage you to bring your own personal device such as mobile phone or tablet, with access to your emails from your device.
