Megan Cooper, University of Sunshine Coast

Megan has worked for many years within organisations to help shift the dial and enable understanding around inclusive practice. Megan believes that we are all Agents of Change and can make a difference in our ‘corner of the world’ and she is passionate about working with people to explore what that could look like.

Chelsea Bowers, Apprentice Trailblazer

Chelsea started her journey as an apprentice mechanic and is an advocate for women in trades. Hear her amazing story of resilience as a young apprentice and the business practices and culture that allowed her to thrive.

Kat Dekker, Give Industries

Kat is co-founder of Give Industries an innovative trades social enterprise dedicating 100% of its profits to charity. Her flexible leadership and inclusive practices for women and mature age workers are making an impact whilst also leaving a positive social footprint.
