Sensory Storytime - Orange Library

We sing songs, share stories and move our bodies in the Storytime area.

Join us for a sensory storytime at Orange Library. We will sing songs, move our bodies, share stories and play together.

We will begin with a short exploration time at the start of the session to allow families time to settle in. A structured (but relaxed!) program will follow for approximately half an hour, including lots of songs, a book to share and an interactive story. Families are invited to stay and play afterwards; an optional open-ended activity will be provided.

Children and babies of all ages are welcome to attend this inclusive storytime.

Come as you are. A 'Calm Corner' will be available for anyone needing space to reset and regulate. Please feel free to approach our friendly staff to discuss other ways we may be able to offer support.

Bookings are encouraged.

Rhyme Time is designed for babies from birth up to 18months old.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Please let us know if you do not want your child to appear in any photographs - we will check this at the beginning of the event.
