Seniors Festival | Musical Morning Tea: The Guitar Shed
Live Life in Colour at Ryde Library by indulging in a special morning tea while listening to the talented music of local band, Guitar Shed
Join us at Ryde Library as we host the wonderful Guitar Shed along with a very special morning tea. Due to popular demand, we have invited them back to perform for us this year. Enjoy our indulgent morning tea while they entertain and delight us.
Guitar Shed is a group of seniors with a shared love of music who came together in their retirement to entertain others. They play pop songs from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Their repertoire includes tunes from The Beatles, Elvis, the Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, CCR, Neil Diamond and many more. If you want to enjoy a morning of swinging rock and roll come along.
Bookings preferred but not essential.
Musical Morning Tea is a regular City of Ryde Libraries program hosted by Ryde Library on the 2nd Monday of each month (excluding Public Holidays and some school holidays). The event features local musical groups or performers and attendees can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit while they listen to the talented performances.
