With people comfortably seated, I play contemplative, soothing music on folk harp, along with voice, Tibetan singing bowls, and occasional backings such as Indian drones. Listeners float freely on music improvised in the moment especially for them. We can also enjoy gentle movements to classical music, either standing or seated. I have egg shakers to give out to play along with livelier tracks if the mood takes us!
