Society has programmed us to think that it’s “normal” to judge ourselves harshly which can lead to feeling inadequate, finding faults with ourselves or bodies, self-sabotaging or being unable to let go of our negative thinking. Self-compassion is an alternative to self-criticism. In this workshop, we learn about the theory and art of self-kindness and how it can help motivate and inspire, as well as improve your relationship with yourself and others.
