About this event

Self-Compassion Sound Meditation (Soulful Sundays)

Held on the 3rd Sunday of (almost) every month

Join us for a rejuvenating and nourishing self-compassion sound meditation session at Flourish Health Group in Highett, VIC, Australia.

"True to its title this class is soup for the soul."

“Thank you so much again for creating such a nurturing morning. I feel connected to myself. It was really beautiful and inspiringly to hear you talking about your own experience from a very genuine place.”

Feel seen, heard and held as Vivienne shares parts of her self-compassion journey with you, forming the focus for the session. Then deepen your own self-compassion practice through meditation, loving-kindness mantra, sound healing (large Quartz Crystal singing bowls + other instruments) and contemplative journalling.

You’ll be feeling all the feels after the Compassionate Connection Circle (unique to A Mindful Mind’s Soulful Sundays). For extra nourishment, stay for tea and chats.

This in-person event offers a unique insight into the practice of Mindful Self-Compassion. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in a blissful experience of self-care. Limited spots available, so secure your spot now!
