Self Care Sunday is a one-day urban retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign — without needing to escape your life.

You don’t need to escape to nature to reset — sometimes you just need space.
This intimate one-day retreat is designed to help you pause, breathe, and come back to yourself before the year sweeps you away.

This is a day for you to stop, reflect on where you are now and where you are heading. A space to breathe and connect to that quiet voice within that often does not get our attention.

This day is:

  • A blend of movement, stillness, reflection, and intention
  • Designed for real women with real lives
  • A reset — not another thing to perform or “get right”

This day is not:

  • A high-energy workshop
  • A hustle-your-goals kind of event
  • A retreat where you have to share more than you want to

WHY I CREATED SELF-CARE SUNDAY?

There was a time in my life when I kept telling myself I didn’t have time to stop.

I was holding a lot. Responsibilities. Expectations. Emotional weight.

Like many women, I pushed through. I knew the tools. I supported others. Yet I still found myself tired, disconnected, and quietly longing for space to breathe.

What I learned is this:
Most women don’t need another strategy.
They need permission.

Permission to pause.
Permission to rest without guilt.
Permission to listen to what their body and inner voice have been trying to say.

I created Self Care Sunday as a gentle, accessible day — a pause you don’t have to escape your life to take. A space where you can slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself before the year pulls you forward again.

This day isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are when the noise fades.

And if something deeper opens from here, beautiful.
If this day is enough, that’s perfect too.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Cheryne Blom is a Master Coach, author, and wellbeing facilitator with over 15 years’ experience guiding women through burnout, transition, and personal growth.

She is the founder of The Self Mastery Hub and author of The Courage to Be You. Cheryne is known for creating calm, nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gain clarity without pressure.

Cheryne has been facilitating retreats and workshops since 2010 and blends gentle movement, meditation, reflection, and nervous system regulation in her work.
