Self Care - Soul Space Connection Sharing Circle

FlourMill SpaceNewtown, NSW
Wednesday, Mar 11, 2026 from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm AEDT
Overview

Join a group of like minded souls as we explore and practice our own self care.

Calling in the empaths who find it easier to care for others more than themselves. You're invited to take time out for your self to explore and practice self care and self regulation with a group of like minded souls.

Soul Space Circle is space to connect and share from an open heart with a group of like minded souls. A space to let go of all the stories and any dramas of the day and unwind for a couple of hours or so with presence not pretence. It's a space to open your mind to a new perspective and connect with your soul and the souls of other like-minded beings as we tune into our authenticiy and intuition.

We meet once a month and explore a different theme each time, usually on the 2nd Wednesday.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The evening is divided into a few main parts:

1. Sharing of inspirational Self Love cards & Beyond Conditioning cards

2. Meditation - in 2 parts:

(i) Body Scan

(ii) Guided Meditation intuitively based on the theme

3. Pairing / Connection exercises- asking & responding to questions based on the theme, usually using the benefit of hindsight, and gaining insights through your reflection in others

4.Bonus - Self Care exercise

Theme: Self Care

In this session we will be exploring the theme of Self Care and self regulation, what it looks like to you, and how it could be different. The empaths among us can find it easy to care for others but not so easy when it comes to themselves.

What does self care mean to you? Do you find it easy to advise others that they need to engage in self care but not so easy to practise what you preach when it comes to self care? How do you know if you’re lacking in self care and what do you do about it? Do you fill your cup first before serving others or do you try to serve others from a cup that’s not full and perhaps find yourself feeling overwhelmed, depleted and/or self-sabotaged? Do you feel guilty or even selfish if you put yourself before others or do you see it as an act of self care that allows you the capacity to attend to others in a way that can better meet their needs? How do you take care of yourself ? How often do you take care of yourself? Do you see reaching out to others for support when needed as a weakness or an act of self care? How do you discern when to self regulate, even if it might disappoint others, or single you out? How well do you respect your own boundaries of self care?

There are no right or wrong answers, only what feels true for you in the moment.

You can expect to gain greater awareness and insights through the reflections of others and your self.

Testimonials (Soul Space Circle):

"Soul Space Circle is a space that nourishes my mind and spirit. Each time I step into the circle, I find the connection—to myself and to the people around me. The meditation practice feels like a much-needed monthly reset, allowing me to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. It’s also a space where I can practice gratitude in a meaningful way, appreciating the present moment. Maria’s commitment to providing this space is beautiful, and I am very grateful for it." - Kelley

“It was a lovely evening of relaxation, mindfulness, contemplation and discovery of insights.I am grateful and had a great night’s sleep following the session and woke up feeling content.” - Sandra

"Maria has set up a very safe space with a focus on meditation and connection in the group of like minded others. She uses her wisdom and knowledge to lead a body scan to hone into the body with a guided meditation to link to body wisdoms. She provides Self Love cards to help identify your feelings at the time and opportunity is given to feedback on this powerful tool. A second meditation is offered based on a theme in the session. The opportunity is also given to discuss this in pairs or as a group to get clarity on these. Maria provides heartfelt sessions to use the tools to know ourselves better in this busy, crazy time.” - Jill"

Recently I enjoyed a beautiful evening at the Soul Space Circle facilitated by the wonderful Maria Lambi.I've known Maria since 2011 and have watched her devotion to truly knowing herself and diving deep through different modalities. The space Maria held was safe and open to explore myself and deepen my awareness. I recommend this event to anyone wanting to be held in compassionate listening to know themselves and remove the layers of who they are not.Thank you Maria for the amazing commitment to yourself and others that you have." Jane Thorpe, Alignment Coach
