We have a flexible refund policy and offer full refunds up to 24 hours from the event date. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss transferring to another event or another guest to attend. Tickets are transferable, just send us the name for the guest list.

Please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process what your dietary requirement is and we'll work with the restaurant or venue to accommodate.

Guests will be seated with other guests on large group tables. If you have booked separately to other guests, please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process who you would like to sit with and we will assign you some seating.

Our events are paperless. A guest list will be checked at the door.
