Do I need to bring anything?

Though, all planting materials will be provided, feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes suitable for outdoor activities.

Is this a family-friendly event?

Absolutely! Children are encouraged to attend. There will be activities to help them learn about the environment and the importance of giving life through organ donation.

Question 3

Is there parking available?

Yes, limited off-street parking is available on Harris Road  and surrounding streets (Portadown Road & Manuka Street). We encourage carpooling or walking where possible.

Do I need to register each member of my family separately?

Yes, we recommend registering each participant (including children) to help us plan materials, snacks, and activities appropriately.

Will food be available?

Yes! Healthy snacks, fruit  and water  will be provided for all participants.

How long will the event go for?

The event will start at 11 am and is expected to run for approximately 2 hours. You’re welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

Current long-term weather forecast is for a clear weather. In the event of heavy rain, we will notify all registered participants of any changes or rescheduling via email.
