Khabeer Rockley is a Perth-based physical security consultant and CPTED practitioner with 19 years’ experience helping organisations and communities reduce risk through practical, standards-aligned security advice. As Director of Smartsec Security Solutions, he specialises in security risk assessments, CPTED reviews, counter terrorism advice, and independent guidance on CCTV and access control—focusing on clear, actionable improvements rather than product sales. Khabeer is known for translating “security speak” into simple steps residents can apply immediately to strengthen home safety and reduce opportunistic crime.
