Who is this for

This course is for field officers and those involved in impact assessments (SIA Officers, MRMs, Recovery Officers).

Important: For Victorian Local Government Organisations only - you must be a Crisisworks customer and have a valid council email to register for this course.

Delivery

  • Online via Zoom
  • Hands-on practice (using training sandbox)

Prerequisites

  • General emergency management training
  • You will need a desktop/laptop, and a mobile device preloaded with the Crisisworks app
  • Basic proficiency in Crisisworks (please watch the beginners training video) OR complete Crisisworks for Beginners (CWMO01)
  • Crisisworks for Recovery (CWMR02) (recommended)

Outcomes

After completing this course, you should be able to use the mobile app for field assessments, manage Secondary Impact Assessment records, work with Infrastructure and Assign Needs & Tasks to recovery cases for follow up.

Duration

This course consists of a single 2 hour session (including quick assessments, optional question and answer session).
