This year Memberships will be capped at 400 ONLY!

We predict they will sell out fast and will be available for a limited time only and come with a few new perks that you our Season Members deserve.

KARRATHA SIGNS FAMILY DAY - Sunday - 26th May

We have an amazing day in store for the little ones and young at heart, Crafting of many varitys, LIVE MUSIC with Sunbrae Grove , FOTF for 3 age groups, some extra horsing around after the last race, maybe a pony ride or 2....... you'll need to join us on the day to find out everything we have instore for your little ones.

XXXX GOLD RACE DAY - Sunday - 9th June

XXXX GOLD are at it again with their golden ticket, Want to win $1000 cold hard cash?? Join us on the day and stay till the last race to be in it to WIN IT ALL!!

We have LIVE MUSIC for the day with Sunbrae Grove and evening entertainment

Thanks to HIGHWAY 95 till late, buses running into the night - pray it falls on an RDO or you have a sick day up your sleeve as we will be licensed till the party is over.

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A DAY AT THE ROEBOURNE RACES!! and this year we are ending the season with a BANG!

Membership Pack will include

• Your Shiny Membership Badge - you will not receive a wrist band however if attending with children they will on arrival each race, you MUST select them a FREE ticket and they are only able to attend the first 2 race meets.
• NWJC Bumper Sticker - Be sure to place them on your vehicle you might be in for a suprise.
• 2024 Pen - Love a great pen
• Stainless Steel Wine Cup - you have the option to personalise this in the add-ons

This year some new perks we also bring you

• Pre-orderable Grazing Boxes available for you to collect on the day of your choosing from the inside bar.
• Pre purchased drink tickets ONLINE! (These can be used for all 4 races)

You will need to collect your Membership Pack from CEC at 1491 Lambert Road with ID if you choose this option as part of our liquor licensing requirements.

• Seperate entry area to avoid congestion on big days.

House Keeping

• By limiting memberships, we are ensuring you will all have bums on seats, this means we will not be reserving tables for Members this year. Please do not ask as refusal may offend.

Sponsors will not be seated in the members area for 2024, they will have access to mingle with the crowd and see the club they are supporting. No reserved tables will be made for Sponsors in the Members area. We have tables of 4, 6 and 12 if you require a longer table please ask a staff member and we will be happy to help on the day.

• If you choose to attend 2 meets only out of your 4 this is by your choice and not ours, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason in 2024. You are however able to transfer your memberships online by going to your ticket online and purchasing this option, this must be done if you give someone else your badge.

• We hope for long time Season Members you understand why it is important to STOP handing your membership badges over the fence. If you are caught doing this for 2024 you and your friend will not only be removed on the day, but you will also be banned from purchasing in the future. Unfortunately far to many people do this and it then floods the Members Area which leads to complaints, we would love to see our club change for the bigger and better over the next few years and the only way NWJC can do this is by having our Members and Sponsors support us.

No Badge, No Entry, No Members Area

We unfortunately can’t make these things any clearer.

We all want to have an amazing day with a few wins, friends, family and a little booze .

You can make that happen by following a few guidelines so we can all have a great day and night.
