What’s included in my Membership Pack?

Season Members receive an annual membership pack, which includes your badge, Engraved Cup, pen, Bumper sticker, and light-up wristband

Are membership fees refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, including for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Accepted Answer

No. Memberships are non-transferable. The name on the membership must match the person registered and approved by the committee.

Do I need to show ID on race days?

Yes. Your photo ID must match the name on your membership registration for entry.

Question 5

What happens if I forget my membership badge?

Accepted Answer

If you arrive without your official badge, you will be issued a general entry wristband and will not be permitted into the members' area. No spare badges are available on race days.

Do I need to wear my membership badge

Accepted Answer

Yes. Members must wear their official badge at all times to access members’ areas. Badges are your only form of race day identification as a member

When and how will I receive my Membership Pack?

Accepted Answer

Shipping – If you cannot collect your pack from Karratha, you must purchase the $15 shipping add-on at checkout.

Collection – Packs will be available for collection in Karratha from 19th May 2025.
