Seafood Series: Sashimi & Sake

Japanese flavours meet local seafood. Yugen’s two-hat sushi chef pop-up, sake bar and a sashimi station serving fresh tasters.

• Yugen visits Portside: The two-hatted sushi team from Yugen Dining pops up at Portside with sashimi, nigiri, maki and temaki
• Portside sake tastings all weekend
• Sake Bar in Market Square from 12pm until close, featuring a hand-curated selection of sakes, from crowd favourites to exclusive rare finds
• Fatbuoy Lobster sashimi station from 12pm, with fifth-generation fishmonger Daimien Pritchard breaking down a whole fish, plus free sashimi tastings and pairing notes
• Japanese vinyl DJ in Market Square from 12pm to 3pm both days, bringing ambient, gentle grooves
• Free face painting from 10am to 12pm both days
