Step onboard for an intimate dining journey showcasing the freshest catch sourced from the Newcastle Fishermen’s Co-Op, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated as you cruise the harbour. Each course highlights seasonal flavours and premium seafood, culminating in a refined dessert to finish.
