It may not be summer but seafood on the BBQ is delicious all year round. Join Cameron Jones as he throws a shrimp (and many other things) on the barbie while teaching you tips and tricks for perfecting your seafood barbecuing skills. You’ll also be guided through whipping up some fabulous side dishes and sauces.
This is a hands-on cooking class, but also a social event. It is interactive, so you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like and engage with other participants. All equipment will be provided – you just need to bring your fancy pants and your enthusiasm.
This workshop will be held on the Aranda Long Table with only a limited number of tickets available. There will be a minimum number of participants required for the workshop to proceed. Bookings essential.
