The retreat includes, 4 nights accomodation on the marina (shared rooms), all meals by local catering company, 1/2 day snorkelling tour on the Ningaloo Glass Bottom boat, sunrise hike at Charles knife, daily yoga, (optional) stick and poke tattoo from salt & mortal, reformer Pilates session at ‘coast studio’, projector night, ice bath, sunset platter at the lighthouse, introductory to freediving with ‘south folk collective’, surf lesson with local surf school and free time to explore turquoise bay/ oyster stacks.
