Program details:
- Virtual delivery: 2 × 3.5-hour sessions over 2 days
- Led by a Crucial Learning SDI® Certified Master Trainer
- Includes your own SDI® + 20 SDI’s to pilot within your organisation, access to the SDI Platform and SDI Resource book for advanced interpretation.
You’ll learn to:
- Understand and explain the four SDI® views (Motivational Value System, Conflict Sequence, Strengths, Overdone Strengths)
- Confidently debrief individuals and teams using the SDI® platform
- Apply insights to improve communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution
