With a waitlist of over 4,000 people at his former New York based, Columbia University dorm-room turned restaurant - ‘Pith’ - chef of the moment Jonah Reider is coming to Sydney.
Jonah will host a two-day “small in size yet epic in experience” dining occasion at Sydney’s smallest pop-up restaurant, ‘Pith by Mini’ in collaboration with KitchenAid to celebrate their new Artisan® Mini Mixer.
With a capacity of just 6 guests per sitting, Jonah will provide an exclusive Chef’s Table experience, featuring a delicious four-course set menu using seasonal Australian produce and created with the mighty Mini.
“I’m excited to be coming to Australia for the first time to help launch KitchenAid’s Artisan Mini. Visitors to Pith by Mini will enjoy an experimental menu using local ingredients, such as kangaroo, eucalyptus, manuka honey, lemon myrtle and fresh local seafood in an intimate and convivial environment, just like you were in my dorm room back in New York.” Jonah Reider
