School Holiday Workshop: Make Shrinky Dink Accessories

Workshops, creative co-working, community.  A space for you to get creative in a cozy environment for small group workshops, casual creative gatherings and co-working desks for work or play.  Based in the heart of Chelsea, you can create all morning, go for a beach walk and skip back onto the train station in this central location in bayside. Bayside Makerspace is also available for hire to inspire to host your own workshops, private gatherings such as book clubs, meetings, craft-a-noons.

What you'll doLearn how to create your very own Shrinky dink key chain or accessories in this fun and engaging workshop suitable for all ages. You'll draw, colour, cut and SHRINK your designs, bringing them to life in a unique way! <ul><li>With guidance, you'll draw your favourite character onto Shrinky dink sheets</li><li>Colour them in using pencils and acrylic pens</li><li>Cut out the shapes ready for shrinking with a heat gun</li></ul>Full supervision will be provided for using scissors and the heat gun, so you can feel confident throughout the whole process. The materials provided will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Get ready to feel the excitement of watching your creations shrink and transform into one-of-a-kind accessories. Take home your finished Shrinky Dink key chain or accessory, proudly displaying your artistic skills for all to see! This workshop is suitable for kids 5 years to 15! Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 5 guests to run.
