As a Scaling Up Certified Coach, Rob specialises in driving growth and performance in mid-sized companies.

He helps Business Owners, CEOs and their executive teams who may currently be stalled on their growth path, facing performance challenges or stuck in their transformation agendas.

These leaders work with Rob because he brings internationally-proven Scaling Up approaches, a long history of successful work in significant organisations, and has personal experience as an executive, business owner and non-executive director. Accordingly, he brings clients a wide range of perspectives as their ‘thinking partner’.

In addition to his business coaching, Rob is also a speaker, executive coach and author. His book, Propelling Performance, was published in November 2020 and he writes a regular leadership column, Rob’s Insights.
