Saw-Piercing Silver - Jewellery-making Workshop
Event Information
About this Event
This workshop is focused on the use of the intricate jeweller's saw.. but don't be intimidated - this class is suitable for skill levels from total beginners to those with some experience. Small class numbers ensure you receive personal attention. Impress your friends and go home wearing your stunning handmade, sterling silver pendant.
We will begin with some basic saw-piercing practice, then dive in to making your sterling silver pendant, finishing off with some texturing and polishing, and the addition of garnet beads - GORGEOUS!
Blow off the isolation blues and take a day out for yourself to enjoy.
All materials are included in the course fee - sterling silver, garnet beads and use of tools and equipment.
Our fully-equipped professional jewellery studio is set in the gorgeous Hawkesbury region, on a rural property so you can see the trees and listen to the birds as you work. Tuition by qualified jeweller, Tracy Kelly.
Refreshments provided. Bring your own lunch (fridge and microwave available)
