Enjoy a leisurely Saturday beginning with coffee and cannoli, then join Freddy as he takes students through the entire sausage & salami making process.
Once the hard work is done, sit down for a three course lunch - where students get to enjoy the sausages made on the day.
This is a hands-on class, and participants are required to walk up a set of stairs to attend.
Class begins at 10.30am and lunch wraps up by 3pm.
Please advise of any allergies or dietaries prior to attendance. Note tickets are non refundable, but can be transferred.
