Overview

Free one-day workshop to assist not-for-profit organisations and small groups to develop creative programs that empower communities.

In this workshop participants will build skills and knowledge to develop and deliver successful community projects with a creative focus.

Only one booking per person.

Venue is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible bathroom . Lunch provided.

This training will cover the following:

· Principles of community-led arts programs

· Pitching and presenting a compelling case for your project

· Transforming an idea into a proposal

· Using evidence and data to support your project idea

· Developing project timelines and budgets

· Auspicing for creatives and unincorporated organisations

· Fostering partnerships

· Budgeting principles
