Sideline Help is a one-hour introductory course designed for anyone involved in sport and recreation who wants to feel more confident supporting safety and wellbeing from the sideline. Tailored for community sport, schools, and active recreation settings, the course takes core First Aid principles and applies them to sport-specific scenarios, helping participants recognise and respond to common injuries with confidence. Combined with essential concussion education, Sideline Help provides the latest guidance on recognising signs and symptoms of this invisible injury and reinforces the shared responsibility we all play in protecting participants.
