With our recent birthday celebrations still fresh in our minds, another is on the horizon…

Australia and New Zealand have brought new life to this world as Mixmag has made its way to our shores, ready to rumble with all things party. We’re delighted to share our stage with them, and thought there would be no better time or place than our ostentatious long weekend overture, to welcome them into our world. Dancers & partygoers, may we present: Mixmag Australia & New Zealand!

Mixmag are absolute pioneers within the music industry, their articles pack a mean punch as they cover the entire spectrum of music & dance culture. ‘The Lab’ series consistently features world renowned acts from around the world, and they present it in the most visually and sonically appealing way. To enter Australia & NZ with a bang, we’ve graciously given up our monstrous main room at Home, for a night you’ll never forget. May we bring to you: Mixmag takeover ft. Mathew Jonson (Live), Traumer, & S.A.S.H residents!

Our usual antics that surround the lucrative long weekends are absolutely still in place, a monster Day session & a mega monster Night session. We’ve enlisted only the finest for this celebration, and due to you already knowing the first two, we’ll deliver the others. We’ve got family the favourite: Voigtmann, and the naughty but nice: Man/ipulate! With a crew like this assembled, this long weekend is out to take the cake.

Mathew Jonson is a pivotal character within our scene, his work within the walls of a studio is top tier, and we’re lucky enough to experience him bring along his very own studio, and deliver an electric live set. His elusive musical background has enabled him to thrive within the realms of house & techno, which has in turn placed him in the hall of fame as one of the greats. Traumer returns to our shores after his crazy 6 hour set from a couple years back, with a bag that overflows with unreleased originals, edits, remixes; you name it, he’s got it. With such an infectious presence behind the decks, his ability has taken him all around the world and performed on the biggest stages there are. Little needs to be said about Voigtmann, if there’s a problem in the dance floor, he’ll fix it. His ability to genre-swing mid set and provide whatever is needed is the reason people love him, and exactly why you will too if you already don’t. Man/ipulate speaks for themself, much like Voigtmann, as they can manipulate the dancefloor into whatever vibe suits, and with a growing collection of music, Man/ipulate is a absolutely a force to be reckoned with. We are so pleased to have an enormous crew together and cannot wait for them to wreck dance floor havoc!

Our S.A.S.H By Day session take’s place in the Forecourt, a gigantic open air love affair catered to all things house. We love it, you love it, so of course we’re heading back for another day of fun. Because it’s time for us to celebrate again, we have no choice but to take things back to the fortress that is: HOME. We’ll fill it top to bottom, head to toe, back to front and left to right, all to ensure we have the most memorable night! Home is most definitely where the heart is, and we’ve got a lot of love for this stomping ground.

Bring your friends, call your mum and tell her you won’t be home for dinner. It’s party time.
